Project Description
Construct a new 2-Bay Thonotosassa Fire Station approximately 7,327 sq. ft. located on the North-East intersection of Main Street and C.R. 579. The work includes but is not limited to all associated on-site and off-site improvements such as access drives, parking lot, dumpster enclosure, sign, flagpole, landscaping, irrigation, storm drainage system, sidewalks, fences, refueling facility, and all necessary utilities including onsite septic system, potable water, concrete/masonry, cabinetry, wood trusses, cement board lap siding, epoxy floor, shingles roofing, doors and hardware, impact rated glass and glazing, impacted rated overhead doors, interior finishes, specialties, fire sprinkler system with associated on-site water supply tank with related electrical controls and Fire Alerting System, plumbing, HVAC and electrical.

- Alternates (Spec Section 010300): There are 6 Alternates. Please review carefully.
- Schedule is 330 calendar days to substantial completion with liquidated damages
