Project Description
Construct a new 2-Bay fire station approximately 7,327 sq. ft. The work includes but is not limited to all associated on-site and off-site improvements such as access drives, parking lot, dumpster enclosure, sign, flagpole, landscaping, irrigation, storm drainage system, sidewalks, fences, refueling facility, and all necessary utilities including lift station with force main and water main with jack and bore under Hwy 301, plus a back-up generator, concrete/masonry, cabinetry, wood trusses, cement board lap siding, epoxy floor, shingles roofing, doors and hardware, impact rated glass and glazing, impacted rated overhead doors, interior finishes, specialties, fire sprinkler system, Fire Alerting System, plumbing, HVAC and electrical.

- Compliance with the US Homeland Security E-Verify System.
- Alternates (Spec Section 010300): There are 4 Alternates. Please review carefully.
- Schedule is 330 calendar days to substantial completion with liquidated damages.
