Project Description
Expansion to the existing Rooms To Go Warehouse (approx. 336,000 sf) in Dunn, NC. The work includes but is not limited to all site development, paving, landscaping, irrigation, fencing, concrete (tilt-wall method), masonry, structural steel, miscellaneous metals, TPO roofing, joint sealants, doors, frames, and hardware, overhead doors, painting, exterior coating, floor hardener/densifier, dock equipment, prefabricated/prefinished aluminum dock canopy, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC and electrical including fire alarm and security system.
Important Notes:
1. The existing warehouse facility must remain operational 7 days a week.
