Project Description
Expansion & remodel of an existing Rooms To Go Showroom (approx. 13,000 sf Expansion, 24,000 sf Remodel) The work will be phased, and the store must remain operational 7 days a week. The work includes but is not limited to all associated sitework, utilities, selective demolition, landscaping, irrigation, concrete/masonry, structural steel, cabinetry, TPO roofing, EIFS, doors and hardware, impact rated curtainwall/glass and glazing, interior finishes, specialties, fire sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC and electrical.
Important Notes:
1. Store must remain operational 7 days a week.
2. Work will be phased.
