Emergency Response Center designed around the central 6-bay apparatus garage supporting the Fire Department, Sheriff Sub-Station, and Polk County's Emergency Ambulance Services. The two adjoining housing wings include independent sleeping and living quarters, as well as kitchens, day rooms, showers, and offices.
