Project Description
Renovation of approximately 400sf cafeteria area to provide a new pharmacy workroom on the 1st floor.  Work to include but not limited to infection control measures, ILSM, temporary partitions, selective interior demolition, cabinetry, doors and hardware, drywall, ACT, tile repair, painting, wall protection, fire sprinklers, mechanical, and electrical.
 
Alternate (Add): Condensing Unit #1 and Fan Coil Units #1, #2 & #3 with associated building management, condensate piping and electrical. 
Important Notes:

1. Forward any RFI’s/Questions by Monday, September 16, 2024.  
2. The anticipated construction start date is October 30, 2024, with final completion, turned over for Owner’s use no later than December 30, 2024. All proposals shall include off-hour work and overtime as necessary to meet this deadline.  
3. Subcontractors are responsible for individual permits, inspections, and signoffs.
4. Subcontractors are to comply with the Nuvance Health Life Safety and Infectious Control Standards.
5. Subcontractors are to comply with Nuvance Health policies and procedures and shall take all necessary precautions so not to interfere with the hospital's 24-hour, 7 day a week operation.  Staff and patient safety are a priority.
