Project Description
Tunnel car wash approximately 5,200 sf utilizing NuForm PVC wall system with precast concrete roof planks and pre-engineered light gauge steel trusses on approximately 1 acre site.  Work to include but not limited to site development, landscape & irrigation, concrete, Nuform PVC wall system, polished concrete, misc. metals, pre-engineered light gauge steel trusses, cabinets, roofing, joint sealants, waterproofing, doors and hardware, glass and glazing, overhead doors, stucco, ACT, drywall, ceramic tile, painting, misc. specialties, plumbing, compressed air piping, mechanical and electrical with low voltage system.
 
Important Notes:

1. DO NOT SEPARATE PLANS. All trades must review and include in the bid price all work shown on the Architectural and Engineering drawings. There is a lot of information on these drawings that will affect the cost for plumbing, mechanical, electrical, etc.
2. Subtrades are responsible for all required permits and inspections as required local authorities.
3. There are 3 alternates:
   • #1 Parc Place Villas lift station upgrade
   • #2 FDOT turn lane along N. 56th Street
   • #3 Subtrades are required to coordinate and connect the Owner provided equipment
