Project Description
Construction of a new 2 story office building approximately 10,000 sf (5,000sf per floor) with a 2,000-sf attached warehouse. The work includes but is not limited to all associated on-site and off-site improvements such as access drive, parking lot, landscaping, irrigation, storm drainage system, sidewalks, fences, and all necessary utilities, concrete/masonry, structural steel joist and deck (2nd floor and roof), cabinetry, shingle roofing, doors and hardware, impact rated glass and glazing, impacted rated overhead door, stucco, interior finishes such as drywall, ACT, flooring, painting, specialties, metal building (warehouse portion), elevator, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC and electrical.
